Delivery & payment

Delivery anywhere in Cambodia. Cash on delivery in Phnom Penh; provinces pay before delivery.

Payment

  • Phnom Penh — cash on delivery. Place your order, we call you to confirm it, and you pay the driver in cash when the parcel arrives. Please check the box before paying.
  • Provinces — pay before delivery. We call you to confirm your order and send the payment details. Pay by bank transfer (ABA or KHQR) and we send the parcel as soon as the payment arrives.

Delivery fee

  • Delivery costs $2 per order — and is free for orders of $30 or more.
  • The exact fee is shown in your cart and at checkout before you place the order.

Where and when

  • Phnom Penh: usually the same or next day after we confirm your order.
  • Provinces: sent with a trusted delivery service, usually 1–3 days depending on the destination.
  • We’ll call to agree a delivery time. You can also track your order from the link on your confirmation page.
