Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we confirm it with you by phone or message. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock, a price was shown in error, or we can’t reach you to confirm — and will tell you if we do.

Prices and stock

• Prices are in US dollars and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• The price you pay is the one shown at checkout when you place the order. Sale prices apply until the end date shown or while stock lasts.
• Stock shown on the website is updated continuously, but in rare cases an item can sell out in store at the same moment. If that happens we’ll offer an alternative or cancel that item.
• Product photos are for illustration; the specifications on the product page describe what you receive. Contact us if anything is unclear before ordering.

Payment and delivery

Orders in Phnom Penh are paid cash on delivery. Orders to other provinces are paid by bank transfer before they are sent. See Delivery & payment for fees and delivery times. Ownership of the goods passes to you once they are paid for.

Warranty and returns

Products carry the warranty described on the product page and in our Warranty & returns policy, in addition to any rights you have under the law.
