Privacy policy

What ITCAM STORE collects when you shop with us, and what we do with it.

What we collect

When you place an order we collect only what we need to deliver it:

  • Your name and phone number, to confirm the order and arrange delivery.
  • Your delivery address and province, and a map location if you choose to share one.
  • Your email address, only if you give it, to send your order confirmation and tracking link.
  • What you ordered, the price, and any note you add.

We never ask for card details. Phnom Penh orders are cash on delivery; province orders are paid by bank transfer, which happens in your own banking app. You don’t need an account to shop, and we don’t use advertising trackers on this website.

Stored on your device

Your cart, your compare list and, after your first order, your contact details (so you don’t have to type them again) are kept in your own browser’s storage. They never leave your device until you place an order. Clearing your browser data removes them.

How we use it

  • To confirm, prepare, deliver and support your order, including warranty claims.
  • To contact you about that order.
  • To keep the sales and warranty records a business is required to keep.

We don’t sell your information, and we don’t send marketing messages unless you ask us to.

Who we share it with

Only with the delivery service that brings your order (your name, phone, address and the amount to collect), and with a manufacturer’s service centre if a warranty repair needs it. Our systems are hosted by service providers who store the data on our behalf.

Your order link

Your order tracking page shows the items, totals and delivery status — not your name, phone or address — so it is safe to share with someone collecting the order for you. Anyone with the link can see it, so share it only with people you trust.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as needed for warranty, accounting and legal purposes, then delete or anonymise them.

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you — call 086 761 167 or message us on Telegram. We’ll keep only what we’re legally required to.
